How do I set which licenses are available for books?

The setting that determines which Creative Commons licenses are enabled is found at:

Manager > Licenses setting

The license menu will list the licenses available to choose from. There are two options that must be set for each license:

• Submission form - enables/disables the license during book submission process (i.e. can the author select it)
• Editor dashboard - enables/disables the license on the editor’s Catalog metadata page

These are separate settings as there will be use cases where the publisher will need to publish a specific book under a certain license but does not wish to make this license available to all new book submissions.

To set the book license options, select the desired licenses and click Save
